The wellness investment for individual therapy is $150 for the initial session and $125 for 50 minute follow-up sessions.
The inclusion of family counseling sessions and parenting consultations can be scheduled for an adjusted price. For more details, please inquire within.
I want to ensure that my services are accessible to as many individuals in the Central Florida community as possible. Therefore, discounted counseling rates may be offered to college students or those in financial need on an individual basis. Please ask about sliding scale and student rates during the initial consultation.

I currently accept the following insurance plans:
Aetna
Cigna
United Healthcare
For insurance purposes, I utilize a billing system called Headway so I can place all of my focus on our work together. The Headway team will reach out via email to help you set up your account and add your insurance and payment details to make things as easy as possible for the both of us.

If your insurance is not listed above, I would be considered an out-of-network provider. Upon request, I can provide an appointment receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement based on your specific benefits.
I would recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine the possibility of reimbursement for out of network coverage:
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Does my health plan cover out-of-network providers?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Is there a maximum number of therapy sessions allowed under my current health plan?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
-
I accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, and health savings account (HSA). A credit card is required to be kept on file for no-show and late cancellations.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients/clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a good faith estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a good faith estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical services or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a good faith estimate before you schedule an item or service.
