I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Kids Yoga Teacher. My passion lies in empowering individuals from children to adults to overcome challenges, find peace and happiness and make positive changes in their lives. I take a holistic approach and believe that it is important to dive into all aspects of one’s life. I enjoy incorporating my training as a yoga teacher and using mindfulness-based interventions throughout the counseling process to help you focus on the present and become more intuned to your mind and body.
