Children’s Yoga Classes
One hour class that includes yoga, games, music, stories, meditation and mindfulness activities. Kids ages 3 and up learn fun yoga poses set to music and gain valuable relaxation and social skills. These classes are great for children with ADHD, anxiety and behavioral issues who would benefit from learning new ways to calm their mind and bodies!
Family Yoga Classes
One-hour classes that are fun for the whole family! Parents and children are not required to have any prior yoga experience. Doing yoga as a family will help promote health and well-being and provide tools to use back at home to relax and be more focused on the present moment.
Girl Scouts Yoga Badge Workshops
Workshops are designed to meet your brownie or daisie troop’s requirements for earning a yoga badge! Troops will learn about the ancient science of yoga and it’s ethical values including truthfulness, non-harming, kindness and respect for others, nature and ourselves.
What is Kidding Around Yoga?
It is stress management for children. While teaching the ancient science of yoga, KAY provides a curriculum that is specifically designed to help children be active, learn to relax, improve focus, and have FUN! KAY does this through the use of cardiovascular conditioning, original songs, games, storytelling, and relaxation techniques including mindfulness and meditation.
